Healthy Meal Prep
Every MONDAY we prepare unique creations which reflect our love for different cultures and cuisines. We offer complex, multi component, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, and gluten-free dishes every week, and would love to see you try it out!
Every THURSDAY Chef Raphael prepares a unique, mutli-dish meal for 2-3 persons or individuals. We offer multiple protein choices, including a delicious vegan option. This meal is not only special for you but also for us, as each of these dishes is a way for us to acknowledge and pay homage to our friends and family from across the globe.
Ordering for our Meal Prep is available until Sunday afternoon, and for the Chef's Special until Wednesday afternoon. We deliver our Healthy Meal Prep on Monday afternoon, and our Chef's Special on Thursday afternoon. All meals are delivered cold and require refrigeration after receiving.
